Creating Beautiful Bedrooms for Children to Thrive

New Beds for 2 Sisters

Before

This room had been painted and there were window coverings but it measured only 96″ by 104″.  Two teenage sisters were sleeping on mattresses on the floor.  They wanted “real” beds.

Their shared dresser was functional but the closet lacked hangers and was not very large for the two of them.

Two matching, solid wood beds look great here.  The new mattresses and linens were topped with new pillows and matching reversible comforters.

These girls were pleased to see lots of new hangers for their little shared closet, plus storage units to hold out of season clothes under each bed.  A white and chrome box holds important items and each girl has a small container for her own toiletry items. Matching sets of towels and wash cloths hang on new “over the door” hooks.  Framed items came off the dresser top and were hung on the walls.
